ICAI CA Final and Inter Results May 2025 Declared: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) today, July 6 announced the CA May 2025 Intermediate and Final exam results. Candidates who appeared for the CA Inter and Final exams between May 16 and May 24 for group 1 and group 2 papers can check the results at the official website of ICAI — icai.nic.in and icai.org. The ICAI CA May 2025 Inter and Final results can be accessed by using the registration number and roll number.
CA Final Results
The pass percentage details for CA Final candidates are as follows: In Group I, out of 66,943 candidates who appeared, 14,979 candidates passed, recording a pass percentage of 22.38%. In Group II, 46,173 candidates appeared and 12,204 qualified, resulting in a pass percentage of 26.43%. For candidates who appeared in both groups, 29,286 appeared and 5,490 passed, with a pass percentage of 18.75%. Following the declaration of these results, a total of 14,247 candidates have successfully qualified as Chartered Accountants.

ICAI Inter Results
In Group I, out of 97,034 candidates who appeared, 14,232 candidates passed, resulting in a pass percentage of 14.67%. For Group II, 72,069 candidates appeared and 15,502 cleared the examination, recording a pass percentage of 21.51%. In the category of candidates who appeared for both groups, 38,029 appeared and 5,028 qualified, with a pass percentage of 13.22%.
The CA May 2025 May Inter and Final result statement of marks will be sent by post, within 30 days of the declaration of result. However, in case candidates do not receive the same, for any reason, within 4-5 weeks from the date of declaration of results, they may write to exam.dmsinter@icai.in for CA Inter marks statement and dms_examhelpline@icai.in for ICAI Final marks statement.
ICAI will issue the CA May Inter and Final 2025 pass certificate to those who pass both the groups of an examination, either together or group wise, within 60 days from the date of declaration of result. However, in case canddiates do not receive the same, for any reason, within eight weeks from the date of declaration of results, they may write to exam.dmsinter@icai.in for CA Inter pass certificate and dms_examhelpline@icai.in for CA Final pass certificate.
A candidate who passes the CA Inter and Final exam in one sitting, with a minimum of 70 per cent of the total marks for all the papers for that examination shall be considered to have passed the examination with distinction and the pass certificate issued to the candidate will contain a specific mention that the candidate has passed the examination with distinction.
There is no concept of “Improvement” of performance in CA Inter and Final Examinations. Candidates cannot reappear in the group(s) of an exam already passed by him.

A candidate who fulfills all the following criteria is issued a CA inter and final May 2025 exam rank certificate, indicating the rank secured by him/her:
1. He should have passed the examination in one sitting;
2. He should not have availed of any earlier exemption in any paper and
3. He should have secured a minimum of 55 per cent marks in aggregate.
ICAI CA inter and final rank certificate will be issued up to 50th rank, on all-India basis. Rank certificates will be dispatched to the concerned Regional Offices for further distribution to the candidates, ICAI said.

Candidates may apply for verification of their answer books through the Self Service Portal (SSP) within one month from the date of result declaration. The fee is Rs100 per paper, subject to a maximum of Rs 400 for all papers of a group/ both groups/ unit. There is no provision for revaluation of answer books.
Candidates can apply for certified copies of their evaluated answer books online through the SSP dashboard within 30 days from the result date. The fee is Rs 500 per paper.
Scanned copies of the evaluated answer books will be sent to the candidate’s registered email ID in SSP.
