IIM Kozhikode and Emeritus have jointly launched a Commerce Senior Management Programme to equip leaders with AI, strategy, and digital transformation skills. It is designed for senior professionals aiming to elevate their leadership capabilities and gain a well-rounded perspective across finance, strategy, and digital transformation.
The programme is also eligible for mid-level managers aspiring to step into senior roles by expanding their strategic and people leadership skills, mentions the press release. It offers a practical, future-ready approach to leadership for those seeking to drive greater business impact in a rapidly evolving landscape.
This 12-month program, commencing on June 28, 2025, combines online learning with live sessions featuring esteemed faculty from IIM Kozhikode and industry experts.
The program’s format allows participants to balance their professional and personal commitments while benefiting from the expertise of IIM Kozhikode’s faculty and industry leaders. The live sessions will provide opportunities for interactive learning, peer-to-peer engagement, and personalised feedback from instructors.
The program fee is Rs 6,23,000 plus GST. This investment in one’s professional development is open to graduates (10+2+3) or diploma holders (10+2+3) from a recognised university with a minimum of 10 years of work experience. The program is designed to cater to the needs of senior professionals seeking to enhance their leadership skills, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Upon successful completion of the program, participants will receive a certificate from IIM Kozhikode. Additionally, they will gain Executive Alumni Status.
