Institute Merit-cum-Means Scholarship
Eligibility: Students whose parents’ annual income does not exceed Rs 4,50,000 are eligible for this scholarship.
The scholarship is available to 25% of the students admitted and provides a 67% tuition fee exemption. To continue receiving the benefit, students must maintain a minimum GPA of 5.0 in the previous semester.
Institute Free Studentship
Eligibility: Students whose parents’ annual income does not exceed Rs 4,50,000.
Similar to the Merit-cum-Means scheme, this benefit is also offered to 25% of admitted students and includes a 67% tuition fee waiver. A minimum GPA of 5.0 is required each semester for continued eligibility.
Institute Notional Prize

Eligibility: Based on the student’s rank in the JEE and parents’ annual income not exceeding Rs 4,50,000.
This award is available to 7% of the students admitted and consists of a one-time grant of Rs 1,000.
Institute SC/ST Scholarship
Eligibility: Reserved for SC/ST category students with parental income not exceeding Rs 4,50,000.
Students receive free messing, a pocket allowance of Rs 250 per month, and tuition fee exemption. Renewal requires maintaining a minimum GPA of 5.0 in each semester.
Girish Ready Scholarship

Eligibility: Two awards are given based on the highest JEE rank and family income below Rs 5,00,000. One award is for the best all-round performance in school and family income under Rs 5,00,000.
Each selected student receives Rs 25,000 per year. Continued support requires a GPA of 8.0 or higher in the previous semester.
Indian Women’s Association at Bonn Scholarship
Eligibility: Awarded based on JEE rank and family income not exceeding Rs 5,00,000.
One BTech student receives Rs 1,250 per month for 12 months under this scholarship.
Sri V Ranga Raju Memorial Scholarship

Eligibility: Merit-cum-Means basis with parental income up to Rs 5,00,000. Preference is given to students from rural backgrounds when eligibility is equal.
The selected student receives Rs 500 per month for 4 years. Renewal depends on a minimum GPA of 5.0 every semester.
Kanchi Kamakoti Jagadguru Sri Chandrasekarendra Saraswathi Endowment Award
Eligibility: Based on Merit-cum-Means, with parental income not exceeding Rs 5.5 lakhs.
One-time financial support of Rs 2,500 is awarded to one student under this scheme.
M Sankaraiah and M Saradha (Mithigiri) Scholarship

Eligibility: BTech/Dual Degree students in Electrical Engineering with the highest CGPA at the end of the 4th semester.
One-time award of Rs 20,000 is provided to the top-performing student in the department.
Dr K Vasanth Rau Scholarship
Eligibility: Based on JEE rank and parental income up to Rs 5.5 lakhs. Renewable if the student maintains a GPA of 6.5 or above.
This scholarship offers Rs 25,000 per annum to one student for the entire duration of the programme.

Subsequent to the JEE Advanced 2025 results, qualified candidates can now participate in the JoSAA 2025 counselling process, with the mock seat allocation rounds scheduled for June 11 and June 14. The registration and choice filling will continue until June 15, followed by seat allotment rounds starting June 20.
