The Joint Admission Committee (JAC) Delhi has released the results for the first round of seat allotment for BTech and BArch programmes today, June 9, 2025. Candidates can check their allotment status by logging in to the official website — jacdelhi.admissions.nic.in. They would be required to use their JEE Main application number and password for logging in.

The admission process under JAC Delhi includes premier institutions in the national capital region, such as Delhi Technological University (DTU), Netaji Subhas University of Technology (NSUT), Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women (IGDTUW), and the Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology Delhi (IIIT-Delhi). For the 2025 admission cycle, there are a total of 7,333 seats available for BTech programmes and 90 seats for BArch.

What’s next after receiving allotment?

Candidates who have been allotted a seat in the first round are required to report to their respective institutes and complete admission formalities between June 9 and June 18, 2025.

At the time of reporting, students must carry necessary documents, including their JEE Main scorecard, Class 10 and 12 mark sheets, and any applicable category or reservation certificates. Admission is open only to those candidates who meet the eligibility criteria set by JAC Delhi and have qualified in JEE Main 2025.

The registration and choice filling window was open from May 21 to June 2, 2025. Following the declaration of Round 1 results on June 9, the next round of seat allotment will be declared on June 24. The third and fourth rounds will be announced on June 30 and July 4, respectively.

A spot round, based on vacant seats, will be displayed on July 10, with spot round reporting scheduled for July 11.

Candidates who wish to withdraw their admission after being allotted a seat in Round 1 can do so through their candidate login. Once a candidate opts for withdrawal, they will be excluded from all subsequent rounds of counselling.

However, they may still be eligible to participate in the spot round, if held. The option to withdraw will remain open until July 8, 2025, up to 10:30 pm.

When will second round allotment list be out?

For candidates who did not register during the initial window, a new opportunity to register and fill or edit their choice preferences will be provided on June 19, 2025, from 10 am to 10:30 pm. This is the final opportunity to modify preferences as choice editing will not be allowed in later rounds.

As per the schedule, verification of Defence, Kashmiri Migrant, and bonus point claims for newly registered candidates will take place on June 20 at 9 am. The seat allotment results for Round 2 will be declared on June 24.
