The overall pass percentage is 91.71% which is 1.31 per cent higher than last year. Kodarma district is the top performer among all district. Among the 62 students in top 10 rank, as many as 15 students are from Indira Gandhi Girls High School, Hazaribagh.
The event was attended by Ramdas Soren, the Minister of School Education and Literacy, Government of Jharkhand, who was the chief guest. The Secretary of the Department of School Education and Literacy was also present.

The overall pass percentage of Jharkhand JAC Class 10 results in the state capital – Ranchi, is 87.32 per cent. West Singhbhum remained in the last position.
A total of 2.21 lakh students secured a first division, while 1.57 lakh students achieved a second division. Additionally, 17,521 students passed with a third division.

Gitanjal from Indira Gandhi Girls High School, Hazaribagh topped the exam with a score of 493 (98.60%). Among the 62 students in the top 10 ranks, as many as 14 other students are from her school.

This year, the Jharkhand board conducted the Class 10 final examinations from February 11 to March 3, 2025. These exams were held in the morning session from 9:45 am to 1 pm. For Class 12, the exams took place in the afternoon shift, running from 2 pm to 5:15 pm.
The practical exams for Class 10 students were conducted between March 4 and March 20, 2025. During the same period, Class 12 students from the Science, Commerce, and Arts streams also appeared for their practical assessments.

Last year, the JAC Class 10 results were declared on April 19. That year, the overall pass percentage stood at 90.39%. Out of the 4,21,678 students registered, 4,18,623 appeared for the exam, and 3,78,398 successfully passed. The pass percentage for girls was higher at 91%, while boys recorded a pass rate of 89.70%.
Students awaiting their results this year are advised to keep their roll numbers handy and monitor the official websites for the most accurate and timely updates following the declaration.
