CISCE Board ICSE 10th, ISC 12th Result 2024: CISCE announced the ISC and ICSE result today (May 6) at 11 am. The ISC, ICSE result is available at the official website — cisce.org. Students are required to enter their index number, UID to check their result.
ICSE : Girls have done better than Boys, pass percentage is: 99.65%
Boys have achieved a pass percentage of 99.31%
ISC : Girls have achieved a pass percentage of 98.92%
Boys have achieved a pass percentage of 97.53%
ICSE, ISC Result: When and where to check 10th, 12th result
The result will first be declared in a press conference which will be held at the CISCE’s office at Plot No. 35 & 36, Sector VI, Pushp Vihar, Saket, New Delhi 110017. Once the result is announced in the press conference, candidates can check their individual scores by visiting the official CISCE website — cisce.org or results.cisce.org.
Students can check the class 10 result by clicking at the ‘result’ tab available at the official ICSE website — cisce.org. Then, key in the required credentials and the Class 10 result 2024 window will appear on the screen. Candidates would need to key in their Index number, UID, and the Captcha code in provided fields. Candidates should download and keep a copy of their board result for future reference.
This year, around 2.5 lakh candidates appeared in the exam and the board released the exam dates 2024 on December 7, 2023.
Last year, the final result was declared on May 14 where girls in both — Class 10 and Class 12 — outnumbered boys. In the ICSE exams, the girls got 99.21 per cent, and boys scored 98.71 per cent. Similarly, in the ISC exams, girls’ pass percentage was at 98.01 per cent while boys were at 95.96 per cent. Even in 2022, girls outshined boys, with a pass percentage of 99.52 per cent, while boys secured 99.26 per cent. In 2022, a total of 18 students earned the first rank and CISCE reported an overall pass percentage of 99.38 per cent in ISC exams.

In 2022, the exams were conducted in two semesters. So, the marks for semester 1 exams were halved (except for Geometrical and Mechanical Drawing and Art). These marks were then added to the semester 2 score to reach the final score.
